Meet the Founder
Catherine Cashman grew up in East London and holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bristol. She later spent several years working on international projects in corporate consulting, relocating frequently for work.
Living out of suitcases across different cities, Catherine repeatedly saw the same issue: a lack of quality housing that respected both the landlord’s asset and the needs of working professionals on longer-term placements.
That experience now underpins Zenrise. Having spent years as the relocating professional herself, Catherine understands what working professionals value — and what landlords need to maintain their properties over time. Zenrise applies this insight to London homes, providing well-managed accommodation for vetted professionals and contractors.
